 * 3+ years of relational database design, maintenance, performance tuning, upgrading and administering

## Description

* Install, manage, monitor, tune & troubleshoot SAP systems and databases in accordance with defined SLAs
 * Manage & monitor operating systems on all SAP Systems
 * Provide SAP basis support to other SAP Teams
 * Work with IT Operations team members to design and implement controls for new technologies, systems & their supporting infrastructure to ensure systems are available and recoverable in accordance with our service level agreements
 * Availability to work selected weekends to perform off-hours maintenance to ensure our systems are available and secure
 * Availability to participate in a rotating on-call program for after-hours emergency support

Provide guidance to other SAP Basis/Auths Team members including external contractors
