In this role, you will leverage a human-centered design approach to transform complex business requirements into user-friendly solutions across web, desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams, product owners, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful designs that drive business outcomes while meeting user needs., User Experience & Interface Design (50%) * Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for desktop, tablet, and native mobile applications. * Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and final design specifications. * Apply human-centered design methodologies to develop intuitive and accessible user experiences. * Ensure alignment with brand standards, design systems, and end-to-end customer journeys. * Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system.
