## About the Role

* 6+ years of experience in QA automation, including experience developing automation frameworks
 * Experience with test automation and performance testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Karate, JMeter, or similar technologies
 * Experience with modern application technologies, cloud platforms, and databases
 * Strong knowledge of at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Java, or C#
 * Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins or similar platforms
 * Familiarity with TDD, BDD, Gherkin, or related testing practices
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

## Description

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer in Irving, TX., * Identify business and technical risks and contribute to requirements and user story development

 * Develop, review, and maintain test cases, test plans, and overall testing strategies
 * Design, build, and enhance automated testing frameworks and improve automated test coverage
 * Perform functional, web, integration, and performance testing throughout the software development lifecycle
 * Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows
 * Apply testing methodologies and best practices to improve application quality and testability
 * Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
 * Troubleshoot quality issues and continuously improve testing processes and standards
