## About the Role

Microsoft Office 365, Structured Query Language (SQL), System Administration, Technical Helpdesk, 3 + years of related experience, * Education: BA/BS preferred in computer science, information systems, or, systems administration; OR the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training

 * Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience; Military and/or MTC experience preferred
 * Required Technical Skills:
+
o Technical expertise in C4ISR systems and related technologies
o Expert knowledge on all common MCiS platforms
o Expert with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
o Practical experience with account provisioning and access control
o Knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security practices
o Experienced in configuring and maintaining networking hardware/software systems to include routers, switches and firewalls
o Understanding of database management systems (DBMS) and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

 * Certification: SEC+ is required
 * Security Clearance Level: SECRET clearance is required
 * Required Skills and Abilities:

o Superb communication skills;
o strong ability to advise and educate leadership through non-technical terms on C4ISR systems;
o Ability to document, report, and resolve technical issues

 * Location: On Customer Site/some travel required to other customer sites

## Description

* Monitor and maintain the health and performance of C4ISR systems
 * Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups
 * Deploy, configure and troubleshoot network devices (to include cabling) for exercises, training events and/or special projects
 * Integrate various C4ISR components and systems in a LVC environment
 * Implement and manage security policies and configurations
 * Maintain documentation for system configurations and changes
 * Configure and optimize systems to meet operational requirements
 * Implement and manage security policies and configurations
 * Maintain documentation for system configurations and changes
 * Provides input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals, system documentation, and training materials
 * Prepares reports on analyses, findings, and project progress, and presents results to management and/or customer personnel
 * Serves as a customer interface to resolve problems and ensure requirements are met on a timely basis
 * May serve as a technical team or task leader
 * Follows DoD Directives and Instructions 8140, 8570-01-M, Army regulations AR 25-2, NIST Special Publications 800-53, 800-39, as well as following guidance from other cyber agencies in USARPAC CSPMO, and NETCOM
 * Participate in other projects as required
