* Technical Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience spanning both frontend and backend software development at scale.
 * Backend Mastery: Strong expertise in Java (Spring / Spring Boot) and/or Python, with a track record of building resilient, high-throughput RESTful microservices on GCP.
 * Frontend Mastery: Deep expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks (Angular preferred, but React/Vue expertise welcomed) with experience building scalable micro-frontends or design systems.
 * Full-Stack Ownership: Proven capability to take complete ownership of complex features, delivering both backend endpoints and UI components end-to-end.
 * Systems & Architecture: Comfortable working with cloud infrastructure (GCP), CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and micro-frontend architectures.
 * Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate end-to-end architectural decisions, trade-offs, and product requirements across both technical and non-technical teams.
