## About the Role

8+ years of professional software development experience.
2+ years leading a development team as a technical lead, team lead, or equivalent.
5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
Strong experience with Angular.
Production experience building and hosting applications on Azure.
Proven experience building and running CI/CD and release pipelines.
Proficient with AI-assisted development tools and able to set team standards for review
and testing of AI-generated code.
Experience running Agile sprints, with a working command of Scrum or a similar
methodology.
Experience writing release communications for business audiences.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with non-technical stakeholders and
leadership.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Familiarity with React.
Familiarity with the Microsoft platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce integrations.
Agile certification or experience training teams on Agile practices (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or similar).
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience with modern CI/CD and work tracking tools, such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with Python.
Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps and systems integration across enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, or similar).
Daily, hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
Experience with field service, dispatch, equipment rental, or operational software.
Experience building AI-enabled application features, such as intelligent workflows and
automation.
