## About the Role

* 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology, software engineering, or business systems leadership.

 * 5+ years of experience managing managers and leading large, multi-layered engineering organizations.
\n

 * Proven experience leading teams of 30+ professionals, ideally with experience overseeing organizations of 100+ employees.
\n

 * Strong experience building, scaling, and developing engineering teams, including leadership development and organizational design.
\n

 * Experience leading enterprise architecture teams and owning technology architecture decisions across complex environments.
\n

 * Experience managing enterprise technology budgets, resource allocation, and strategic technology investments.
\n

 * Experience overseeing enterprise business systems supporting platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, and NetSuite.
\n

 * Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
\n, * Experience supporting Finance, Human Resources, or other back-office operations functions.
\n

 * Familiarity with Google Workspace and Gemini AI capabilities.

 * Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.
