## Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in building and managing Azure-based CI/CD pipelines, containerization using Docker, and Kubernetes orchestration. The candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable DevOps solutions, ensuring high availability, reliability, and automation maturity across environments., Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps using YAML.
Develop reusable, modular, and scalable pipeline templates and frameworks.
Lead the automation of build, release, and deployment processes across environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
Containerize applications using Docker and manage image lifecycle and optimization.
Deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes clusters (AKS preferred).
Define and implement deployment strategies (Blue-Green, Canary, Rolling deployments).
Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to integrate DevOps best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana.
Ensure security best practices (DevSecOps) in pipelines and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot complex pipeline failures, cluster issues, and performance bottlenecks.
