Verantwortung für die Planung und operative Umsetzung von IT-Projekten mit Schwerpunkt SAP Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen und termingerechten Projektarbeit Analyse und Optimierung der Prozesse im SAP S/4 Hana Umfeld sowie Beratung der Fachabteilungen zur Einführung von SAP Schnittstellen- und Datenmanagement in enger Abstimmung mit Entwicklern und Endanwendern Konzeptionierung und Durchführung von (Key-)User-Schulungen und erste Ansprechperson bei projektspezifischen Fragestellungen Erstellung und Pflege der Projektdokumentation und der User-Handbücher
