You will work across our existing native apps (Swift and Kotlin), build new features in React Native, and own the WebView experience that brings Litmos learning content into the mobile apps. This is a hands-on role for an engineer who is comfortable moving between native code, React Native, and web content, and who cares about a smooth learner experience on mobile. What You'll Do * Build and maintain mobile features in React Native for iOS and Android. * Extend and support our existing native iPhone (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) apps, including hosting React Native screens within them. * Own WebView-based experiences such as embedded LMS and course content: authentication and session handling, native-to-web communication (JavaScript bridges), deep links, file handling, and performance. * Contribute to the plan for consolidating native and cross-platform code, helping decide what moves to React Native and what stays native. * Implement new mobile capabilities such as push notifications, offline support, biometric login, and device permissions. * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage App Store and Google Play releases, including versioning, signing, and phased rollouts. * Write unit and integration tests, review code, debug production issues, and monitor app stability and crash reports. * Collaborate with product, design, QA, and backend teams in an Agile environment.
