## About the Role

Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting warehouse technology, and ensuring smooth operation of critical business systems., * Set up, configure, and troubleshoot tablets, handheld devices, and computers

 * Support warehouse equipment such as Zebra printers, RF scanners, and label printers
 * Troubleshoot Wi-Fi/network connectivity issues
 * Provide basic support for office computer systems and peripherals
 * Respond to operational technology issues promptly to minimize downtime
 * Document issues and escalate complex problems as needed
 * Assist with device inventory, deployment, and replacement processes
 * Support associates and supervisors with equipment-related issues impacting daily operations
