Eigenständige Annahme von Anfragen und Störungen im 1st-Level via Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem Analyse von Fehlern, eigenständige Lösung sowie Dokumentation Installation und Konfiguration von Hardware und Software (Server, Desktops, Notebooks etc.) und das Beheben möglicher Fehler Installation und Konfiguration neuer Hardware (PC, Laptop, Tablet, Smartphone) Verwaltung der Server, Netzwerke, Computer und Drucker Unterstützung externer Dienstleister bei der Umsetzung von IT-Themen Mitwirkung in übergreifenden IT-Projekten, Optimierung von Betriebsprozessen und Strukturen
