* Strong understanding of data concepts, including OLAP.
 * Conceptual understanding of analytics and AI techniques such as deep learning and logistic regression, and their appropriate business applications.
 * Ability to identify and prioritize high-value business problems addressable through analytics and AI.
 * Proven ability to translate business needs into analytics use cases and product opportunities.
 * Strong communication skills to bridge business stakeholders, analysts, data engineers, and developers.
 * Experience driving solution adoption, change management, and value realization.
 * Strong Customer Solutions and/or Supply Chain domain knowledge.

Nice to Have
Candidates do not necessarily need to be hands-on production analytics developers, but should have a strong conceptual understanding of analytics, AI, and data.
