* Configure Dynamics 365 CE functionality across Sales, Service, and related applications
 * Create and manage user stories and work backlogs
 * Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams
 * Support data migration and integration validation activities
 * Lead UAT planning, execution, and defect triage
 * Develop training materials and facilitate user adoption
 * Serve as the functional escalation point for customer issues
 * Drive successful delivery of Dynamics 365 CE workstreams throughout the project lifecycle
