 * Knowledge of NLP, ASR, TTS, and conversational technologies

 * Agile development experience

\n

 * Strong analytical and communication skills

 * Ability to meet federal background/suitability requirements, n

 * Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks

 * Hands-on IVR/contact center development (Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, Twilio, etc.)
