## About the Role

* 1+ year of Help Desk, call center, or technical support experience preferred
 * Bilingual English/Spanish required
 * Strong customer service and communication skills
 * Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Detail-oriented and able to work independently
 * Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Plus: CompTIA A+, Microsoft or ITIL certifications, telecommunications/data center experience, or experience with tools such as Remedy, SolarWinds, Siebel, or Netcool.

## Description

Our client, a global telecommunications company in Doral, FL, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide remote and phone-based technical support to customers. This is an overnight position, working Sunday - Wednesday.
Responsibilities:

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues
 * Provide remote technical assistance to end users
 * Document and track Helpdesk tickets through resolution
 * Assist with system setup, configuration, and user support
 * Monitor technical environments and escalate issues when needed
 * Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical problems
