## Description

As a Security Officer - Computer Operations in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while contributing to a welcoming environment.  * Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate facilities, parking areas, access points, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
 * Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
 * Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
 * Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately in required logs and reports.
