## About the Role

Linux Operating System, Analysis Skills, Telecommunications, Help Desk, Telephony, Speech Technology, IP (Internet Protocol), Computer Networks, Develop and Maintain Customers, User Interface/Experience (UI/UX), * Demonstrated experience using the Linux operating system, to include use of the command-line.

 * Experience with front-end collection systems, to include survey systems.
 * In-depth knowledge of DNR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration.
 * Troubleshooting experience across complex technical systems.
 * Ability to follow basic/advanced SOPs, update documentation accordingly, and assist team members.
 * Ability and commitment to support 24x7 shift schedules (mid shift, swing shift, or Panama shift).

Position Desired Skills:

 * Advanced proficiency in modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and networks.
 * Prior leadership or mentorship experience within a 24x7 operational watch center.

SDA2 Qualifications:

At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge of SIGINT development (SIGDEV) analytic support.

Within the last seven (7) years, at least five (5) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.

## Description

Come join a dynamic, fast-paced watch center supporting 24x7 operations. In this mission-essential help desk role, you will maintain the customer's computers and networks, ensuring front-end systems continue to collect, process, and transmit information vital to national decision makers and keeping our troops safe. You will provide support to optimize and maintain assigned customer accesses. The technology focus will be data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI, and other advanced technologies over IP. Candidates must understand the significance of their role within a 24x7 mission-essential TTO and be able to support a shift schedule such as mid shift, swing shift, or Panama shift to ensure mission coverage.
