Planung und Unterstützung von Projekten zum Ausbau des jeweiligen ERP-Systems sowie die Verantwortung für die Übernahme von Implementierungsprojekten bei den Kunden Definition von Anpassungen für die Softwareentwicklung Begleitung der Installation und Konfiguration neuer Softwareversionen, inklusive Umsetzung von branchenspezifischen Anforderungen Analyse und Behebung auftretender Systemfehler des Weiteren Koordination und Organisation des Updatemanagements Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung der Betriebsfähigkeit der implementierten Lösungen
