Planung und Durchführung von verschiedenen ERP-Projekten, inkl. Durchführung des 1st- und 2nd- Level Supports Implementierung von neuen Lösungen und Fehlerbehebungen sowie die Abwicklung von ERP-Beratungsprojekten Konzeption, Ausarbeitung und Durchführung von Schulungen, Workshops und Trainingsmaßnahmen der eingesetzten Software für Bestandskunden Analyse des bestehenden Prozesses und Erstellung von Anforderungsprofilen Übernahme einer professionellen Kundenbetreuung nach erfolgreicher Einführung
