## Description

Our Sr. Implementation Manager - RPO drives successful client outcomes by managing the end-to-end implementation of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions for new and existing clients.

This role supports Kelly's global RPO projects, partnering with client stakeholders, internal COEs, and operations teams to deliver process design, technology enablement, and change management solutions. This position is part of an evolving global team and is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced, and innovative environment., * Serving as project manager, leading the full implementation lifecycle for RPO solutions.

 * Facilitating discovery sessions, workshop planning, and process mapping with clients and internal teams.
 * Designing and documenting future state processes, technology configurations, and best practices.
 * Leading or supporting change management, training, and communication planning and execution.
 * Managing detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables, and project meetings.
 * Building strong relationships with client and internal stakeholders, delivering excellent partnership and post-launch stabilization.
 * Identifying risks, tracking issues, and driving creative solutions for continuous improvement.
