## Description

* We're responsible for the customer facing and employee facing design systems. That's the most widely used design system. We work on a set of design standards that drives efficiency with the internal development teams that are building.
 * Initiatives/Projects: For 2026, the resource will be continuing to evolve the library for internal employee usage as a result of new demand / redesign work for employees
 * Industry background: Design System experience/background huge plus
 * Team Dynamic: A large team that's working across the primary design systems 9 designers total, 3 designers on internal employee design system pod.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 * Create and update documentation and graphics for design docs
 * Build, fix, and test Figma components
 * Create dev specs
 * Design and test Angular components
 * Collaborate with content and ADA accessibility partners
 * Stay up to date on competitive analysis of other design systems
 * Answer help desk questions
 * Attend or facilitate open office hours
 * Attend or facilitate early Design Reviews with product designers
 * Attend or facilitate design system Design Reviews
 * Attend or facilitate design system governance meetings
 * Research, audit, and prepare topics for design system governance meetings
 * Attend or facilitate working sessions across product design teams to align
 * Work on special projects as requested
 * Systems Thinking: Demonstrated ability to understand and design across complex systems
