BAS Applications Engineer - St. Louis, MO - Full-Service Mechanical & Automation Contractor - Up to $120,000 + Excellent Benefits, A well-established mechanical and building automation contractor is seeking a BAS Applications Engineer in the greater St. Louis area. This role is ideal for a controls engineering professional who enjoys designing, developing, and supporting innovative BAS solutions while working closely with project managers, engineers, and field technicians., * Design and engineer BAS systems for both new construction and retrofit projects.

 * Review HVAC drawings, mechanical specifications, and sequences of operation.
 * Prepare detailed submittals including control diagrams, schematics, equipment selections, valve and damper schedules, and programming logic.
 * Provide technical support, engineering documentation, and product research.
 * Assist with BAS integration and ensure all work aligns with design intent and industry standards.
 * Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consulting engineers throughout the design process.
 * Manage multiple concurrent projects while monitoring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables.
