Fachlicher und telefonischer Support der Kunden, ggf. auch vor Ort und die dementsprechende Fehlersuche, Analyse und Behebung auftauchender Probleme Planung und Durchführung von bereichsübergreifenden IT-Projekten, inkl. unternehmensinterne Anwenderbetreuung im 1st und 2nd-Level-Support Wartung und Ausbau der IT-Infrastruktur und Sicherstellung der Hochverfügbarkeit der Systeme Konfiguration sowie Installation von neuer Hard- und Software Verwaltung und Steuerung von Software-Lizenzen
