Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs Installation, Konfiguration, Inbetriebnahme, Pflege und Administration von Windows-Systemlandschaften, auch im virtualisierten Umfeld Planung und Koordination der Hard- und Softwarebeschaffung Aufbau und Betreuung der Hardware der IT-Arbeitsplätze der Mitarbeiter Erstellung und Pflege der technischen Dokumentationen Übernahme des 1st und 2nd-Level-Supports in den Bereichen Hardware, Software und Userverwaltung mit Hilfe eines Ticketsystems Betreuung von vielfältigen IT-Projekten Mitwirkung an der ständigen Verbesserung der IT-Prozesse
