Beratung und Unterstützung von Kunden bei der Implementierung von ERP-Systemen, einschließlich Customizing und Optimierung Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und deren Abbildung im ERP-System Betreuung und Schulung von Bestandskunden bei der Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung der ERP-Lösung Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen und Anwenderhandbüchern Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen für ERP-Anwender Unterstützung bei der Integration neuer Module und Funktionen in das bestehende ERP-System Zusammenarbeit mit dem Support-Team zur Lösung technischer Probleme und Fragen
