 * Demonstrated experience developing and customizing tools to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in systems and applications.
 * Demonstrated experience modifying technical research frameworks to optimize data collection from diverse sources.
 * Demonstrated experience developing tools for cyber analysis and exploitation.
 * Knowledge Management
 * Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining information systems to optimize information sharing and retrieval with integration with existing systems and tools.
 * Demonstrated experience creating technical tools for taxonomies, metadata structures, and search to facilitate easy access to relevant information.

Highly Desired Skills and Demonstrated Experience:

 * Cyber Security Engineering
 * Demonstrated experience with a strong understanding of networking protocols and vulnerabilities

 * Demonstrated experience with a working knowledge of Sponsor's finance components, * The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.

## Description

The Sponsor is looking for support in two areas; Cyber Security Project Engineering and Knowledge Management. Key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining systems and tools in the
Sponsor's environment, supporting the development of new tools and systems that align with the Sponsor's goals, and contributing to the creation of the Sponsor's overarching data acquisition and
exploitation strategy. The contractors will work on complex, in-person cyber security and knowledge management tasks with minimal or no access to online reference materials, requiring strong technical
expertise and problem-solving skills limited access to online reference materials.
