## About the Role

* 5+ years of hands-on SFCC experience.
 * Proven experience leading SFCC managed services, production support, and enhancement delivery engagements.
 * Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Order Management experience. (Catalog Management, Promotions, Checkout, Release Management)
 * Experience managing agile teams, sprint delivery, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder governance.
 * Strong customer-facing communication and leadership skills.
 * Telecom, broadband, subscription-based commerce, or digital commerce experience.

Preferred:

 * Telco B2B/B2C domain expertise
 * Experience leading transition and knowledge-transfer programs in enterprise environments.

## Description

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Delivery Lead/Solution Architect to lead the transition, support, and enhancement of a Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. The role will own production support, backlog management, sprint delivery, and stakeholder engagement while driving integrations across SFCC, CPQ, and Order Management ecosystems.
