 * Betreuung und Wartung unserer Cloud-basierten Systeme
 * Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung logistischer Prozesse gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden
 * Technischer Kundensupport (Remote und vor Ort)
 * Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting in den Bereichen Hardware, Software, Netzwerk und Infrastruktur
 * Unterstützung bei Proof-of-Concepts, Pilotprojekten und Rollouts
 * Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde, Produktmanagement und Entwicklung
