## About the Role

* Deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
 * Strong experience implementing IAM governance frameworks and enforcing least-privilege access models across enterprise environments.
 * Demonstrated experience managing IAM programs, vendor relationships, budgets, and strategic initiatives.
 * Proven ability to independently drive complex projects with minimal supervision and ownership mindset.
 * Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) requirements within regulated industries, preferably BFSI.

Role Summary We are seeking an experienced IAM Lead with deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IAM governance frameworks, security best practices, and least privilege principles across enterprise environments. This role requires a self-driven leader who can independently drive strategic IAM initiatives, manage client relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and provide executive-level reporting while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and security governance. Key Responsibilities IAM Governance & Program Management :

 * Lead IAM governance programs, policies, standards, and control frameworks across the organization.
 * Drive adoption of IAM best practices, least-privilege access models, and security-by-design principles.
 * Manage IAM program budgets, vendor relationships, licensing, and service performance.
 * Prepare and present IAM metrics, risks, compliance posture, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
 * Partner with business, risk, compliance, audit, and technology teams to ensure alignment of IAM objectives with organizational goals.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management :

 * Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
 * Lead cross-functional teams across security, infrastructure, application, risk, and compliance functions.
 * Drive strategic planning, roadmap definition, and execution of IAM initiatives.
 * Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leadership on identity security strategy.
