You will turn product and architecture direction into implementable designs across applications, services, APIs, data flows, and platform components - and treat AI as both a product capability and an engineering accelerator (agents, copilots, code generation, automated testing). This is a hands-on architecture seat in a regulated healthcare domain, not a slide-only enterprise-architect role. What You'll Do: * Define and drive architecture for the assigned business area. * Translate business/product intent into delivery-ready designs and specifications. * Design systems that use AI-enabled capabilities where they create clear business value. * Set guardrails for safe, accountable use of AI in applications and engineering workflows. * Advance AI-assisted development: copilots, agents, code generation, automated testing, reusable AI skills. * Establish architecture standards, patterns, and design reviews (APIs, services, data flows, platform). * Guide trade-offs across cost, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability. * Partner with developers and tech leads so architecture is realized in code. * Collaborate with product, engineering, platform, security, data, and enterprise architecture. * Mentor engineers and other architects on modern and AI-assisted delivery practices.
