 * Knowledge of C4I systems, such as such as GCCS-M, Maritime Domain Awareness, Aerostat, Unmanned Aerial System (UAS), Sonar, Communications Vehicles, and Microwave Communications Towers, including hardware, software, and configurations
 * Ability to decompose operational requirements from partner nations and create functional requirements
 * Ability to conduct analysis of alternatives, systems of systems integration, testing, training, and installation throughout systems lifecycles
 * Ability to deliver or present technical briefs to senior-level external stakeholders
 * Ability to review technical deliverables from industry partners
 * Secret clearance
 * Bachelor's degree in Engineering
