## Description

* Annahme, Erfassung, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen und Störungen per Telefon, E-Mail, Ticketsystem oder vor Ort
 * Lösung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen im 1st-Level-Support sowie Eskalation komplexerer Störungen an nachgelagerte Supporteinheiten
 * Verwaltung von Endgeräten, Softwareverteilung und Unterstützung der Anwenderinnen und Anwender
 * Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Ticketsystems sowie Dokumentation von Lösungen und Aufbau der IT-Wissensdatenbank
 * Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für IT-Themen der Fachbereiche und Zusammenarbeit mit internen sowie externen Partnern
 * Teilnahme an der verbundweiten IT-Hotline sowie Übernahme von Rufbereitschafts- und Bereitschaftsdiensten
