## Description

* Analyse von Software-Issues gemäß Automotive SPICE
 * Bewertung eingehender Tickets, Fehlermeldungen und Funktionsstörungen
 * Bewertung bestehender Hotfixes und Identifikation nachhaltiger Verbesserungspotenziale
 * Durchführung von Analysen entlang relevanter ASPICE-Prozesse
 * Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen aus Issue-Analysen
 * Unterstützung von Entwicklungsteams bei der Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
 * Teilnahme an technischen Klärungsrunden mit Fachbereichen und Qualitätsteams
 * Erstellung von Lessons Learned aus analysierten Software-Issues
 * Ableitung von Verbesserungen für Prozesse, Methoden und Tools
 * Einordnung von Erkenntnissen in das ASPICE-Modell unter Berücksichtigung von Funktionaler Sicherheit und Cyber Security
