 * Weiterentwicklung der technischen Standards sowie Förderung der Engineering-Kompetenz im Team, * Konzeption und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Plattformarchitektur
 * Entwicklung und Verantwortung für Backend-Services in zentralen Geschäftsbereichen
 * Aufbau und Betreuung der technischen Plattformbasis (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Cloud Operations)
 * Mentoring von Teammitgliedern sowie Sicherstellung und Förderung hoher Engineering-Standards
