## About the Role

 * BS/MS/PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
\n

 * 13+/8+ years of relevant medical device industry experience.
\n

 * Extensive test development and characterization experience of electromechanical medical devices, wearables, or biosensors.
\n

 * Full lifecycle medical device product development experience, from feasibility through V&V, design transfer and commercialization.
\n

 * Extensive experience developing test methods for characterizing product performance, including hands-on experience developing test fixtures, procedures, metrology tools, and custom electromechanical test systems.
\n

 * Demonstrated technical team leadership skills: excellent communication skills with senior leadership and team members, and experience coaching junior engineers.
\n

 * Experience with statistics, DOE techniques, data analysis methods and software.
\n
