Understanding of regulatory framework for wells Courage to deal willingly with important problems and stand up for what's right Adaptability to respond resourcefully, flexibly & positively when faced with new challenges & demands Builds positive relationships to foster a strong working environment Collaborates effectively across the organisation to achieve business goals Establishes trust by consistently demonstrating high integrity, behaving ethically & following through on commitments Demonstrates continuous improvement, implementing new ways of doing business better Uses strategic thinking to shape the future Awareness of Harbour Energy HSES Policies and Business Management System (BMS) ## Description Provide Wells technical assurance to BU Germany operations teams (D&W and Assets), ensuring wells standards are met, processes followed, regulatory compliance achieved for the well lifecycle.
