Betreuung der IT-Support Einheit per Fernwartung oder vor Ort, inkl. Bearbeitung der Kundenanfragen zur Machbarkeit und Umsetzung Annahme, Analyse und Behebung von Client-Störungen per E-Mail und Telefon, ggf. Weiterleitung von Anfragen an den nachgelagerten Support-Level Dokumentation und Klassifizierung von Anfragen im Ticketsystem inklusive Nachverfolgung der Störungen über das Ticketsystem Systembetreuung und Systemverwaltung im Client-Betrieb sowie die Durchführung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Backups und IT-Projekten
