Umfassende Kundenbetreuung und -beratung während der gesamten Projektdauer inklusive der technischen Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Konfigurationen Durchführung von Workshops und Analyse der Kundenprozesse sowie deren Abbildung in der Business-Lösung Planung und Steuerung komplexer IT-Projekte sowie die Mitwirkung am Multiprojektmanagement Begleitung der Kunden bei der Implementierung der Business-Lösung Durchführung von Systemanpassungen und Übernahme des 1st Level-Supports inklusive Fehleranalyse und -behebung Pflege der Projektdokumentation, Überwachung der Meilensteine und Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Projektabwicklung
