Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der Kunden bei Anfragen und Störungen im 1st und 2nd Level Support Persönliche Betreuung der Anwender bei Problemstellungen Eigenständige Erfassung und Bearbeitung von eingehenden Anfragen Dokumentation von aufgetretenen Fehlersituationen sowie die Dokumentierung im Ticketsystem Administrieren von spezifischen Datenträgern und Geräten (z.B. Smartphones, Tablets, USB-Sticks) Benutzerverwaltung im Active Directory und Steuern des eingesetzten Managed-Desktop Service-Dienstleisters Installation und Konfiguration per Fernwartung und Ansprechperson bei internen IT-Fragestellungen
