Konzeption und Begleitung der Umsetzung von Anforderungen an der bestehenden Software und Einführung neuer Software sowie Beschreibung und Modellierung von Prozessen und Strukturen Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen und Bewertung hinsichtlich Priorität und Umsetzbarkeit sowie ständige Optimierung bestehender Prozesse Leitende Funktion bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen, IT und externen Dienstleistern Erstellung von Anforderungsdokumentationen und Testszenarien aus funktionalen Anforderungen und Ansprechpartner für die Planung neuer Releases Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle agiler, cross-funktionaler Projektteams
