Direkter Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und Kunden bei IT-technischen Fragestellungen, inkl. Konfiguration sowie Installation von neuer Hard- und Software Administration und Ausbau der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur Entwicklung und Durchführung von funktionalen Tests und die damit verbundene Überwachung und Verwaltung von Tickets im Ticket-System Technische Analyse und Behebung von Problemen und IT-Störungen Eigenständige Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung von IT-Projekten
