## About the Role

Software Engineering, Needs Assessment, Team Lead/Manager, Funding, Startup, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Agents, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Analysis, Power Generation, Modeling Languages, * 1-4 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Full-Stack Engineer

 * Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript with experience building production applications
 * Experience developing modern web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, or similar technologies
 * Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building scalable systems
 * Comfortable working across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and cloud environments
 * Demonstrated ownership of projects from design through production
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

 * Experience with Python, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, AWS, or GCP
 * Startup experience or experience shipping products in fast-paced environments
 * Interest in AI infrastructure, LLMs, distributed systems, or developer platforms
 * Experience building internal tools, APIs, or data platforms
 * Strong product mindset with a bias toward execution

 * Collaborate closely with research, product, and design teams to rapidly prototype and launch new capabilities
