In This Role, You Will

 - Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication
 - Build lasting client relationships
 - Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service
 - Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally
 - Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
 - Take part in continued mentorship and team development
 - Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs, This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

 * Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
 * Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
 * Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
 * Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
 * Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
