Verantwortung für die Problemanalyse und serverseitigen Störungen, inkl. Sicherstellung von Datensicherungen Installation von Clientsystemen sowie die Betreuung der User bei IT-relevanten Fragen im Rahmen des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports Projektierung von komplexen IT-Systemen, inkl. Konfiguration und Betreuung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur Unterstützung der Software-Entwickler bei der Weiterentwicklung von Programmen und Apps des Weiteren die Übernahme des Monitorings Optimierung von kritischen IT-Systemen und -prozessen sowie die Erstellung von Dokumentationen
