Ansprechperson für alle IT-Themen insbesondere auch bei strategischen Fragestellungen und Eskalationsthemen Analyse, Dokumentation und Optimierung von IT-Prozessen Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der zugeordneten Mitarbeiter Strategische und operative Verantwortung für die komplette IT Landschaft Identifikation, Analyse und Vergleich geeigneter Software für die kommenden Anforderungen sowie Pflege und Support dieser Softwaresysteme Erarbeiten von Lösungsvorschlägen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für IT-Fragestellungen Durchführung von Risikoanalysen Steuerung und Überwachung von externen Dienstleistern Übernahme des Eskalationsmanagements Verantwortlich für die Budgetplanung Identifikation von Prozessoptimierungen
