Administration, Konfiguration und Optimierung aller interaktiven Tools zur Lösung businessrelevanter Fragestellungen mit Schwerpunkt Business Intelligence / Datenbanken Eigenständige Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Report- und Analyselösungen, um die Fachbereiche jederzeit mit aktuellen und verlässlichen Daten zu versorgen Administration von MS-Exchange sowie Active Directory Ansprechpartner für die Fachbereiche in allen IT-relevanten Fragestellungen Koordination und Überwachung der externen Dienstleister Übernahme des 1st und 2nd Level Supports Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Erstellung von Statistiken
