Projektierung von komplexen IT-Systemen, inkl. Konfiguration und Betreuung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur Übernahme des 1st und 2nd Level Supports für interne Mitarbeiter bei Fragen und Problemen rund um Notebooks, Mobile Devices und Druckgeräte Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen des Weiteren Installation und Konfiguration unterschiedlicher Hard- und Software Vergabe von Nutzerrechten sowie die Übernahme des Monitorings sowie die Optimierung von kritischen IT-Systemen und -Prozessen, inkl. Erstellung von Dokumentationen Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Betriebssystemen und Anwendungen
