Eigenständige Annahme und Bearbeitung von Support- und Serviceanfragen unter anderem auch die Betreuung und Planung eines Support-Teams Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung neuer Hard- und Softwarekomponenten, inkl. Ansprechpartner für User bei Produkt-Fragestellungen Verantwortung für die Übernahme des First-Level-Supports für Mitarbeiter des Weiteren Installation von Client-Servern und Standardsoftwaresystemen Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur an den Arbeitsplätzen sowie Anlegen neuer User-Accounts Analyse, Aufbereitung und Dokumentation sicherheitsrelevanter Vorfälle sowie Unterstützung in Notfällen
