Durchführung von Anforderungs- und Bedarfsanalysen auf Kundenseite Entwicklung von IT-Konzepten und Definition von Spezifikationen sowie die Abstimmung mit internen und externen Steakholdern Übernahme der internen und externen Projektkommunikation sowie Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kunden und Entwicklungsteam Prüfung der Projekte hinsichtlich Datenschutz- und IT-Sicherheitsthemen sowie entsprechende Berücksichtigung dieser Themen in den jeweiligen IT-Konzepten Gestaltung und Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen, Workshops und Anwenderschulungen Eigenständige Koordination und Steuerung verschiedener IT-Projekte
